- Check the Email Settings Tab , the email service information should match what is set up in Vision – Configuration General System Settings- Email Tab
- Send a test email to yourself , remember this may be delayed based on the message delay set on the Roles tab . For this test you can set it to “0”
- If the email is not received, have your IT Dept check the CCG Email Service , located on the Vison web server or process server. May have to stop and restart.
